Organize me

Okay people. My favorite time of year is here!
.SPRING CLEANING.
Which also can be overwhelming! I have made a list of one project every week for 10 weeks to get all my spring cleaning done. I totally think you should also follow along and do mine or another project every week.
1. Inside Windows
2. Pantry
3. Outside Projects
4. Car
5. Outside Windows
6. Garage
7. Fridge/Freezer
8. Walls
9. Doors
10. Carpet
.......................................
Which leads me to week #uno:

INSIDE WINDOWS

I can honestly say that in the almost EIGHT years we have lived here, I have never cleaned  my windows. My little Sebastian (our window cleaner/christmas light hanger) has always done it. I decided this year I can do the inside (I'll still let him to the outside). And I am glad because it's easy and now I know how to clean windows (and I sort of like it in a weird way)!

Here is what you need:

-bucket/large bowl
-squeegee
-microfiber towel
-sponge
-Dawn

Steps:
1. Add water to your bucket with a couple of drops of Dawn soap.
2. Scrub your window with the soapy sponge. I use the slightly rough side to get all the grime.
3. Squeegee down in rows.
4. Wipe the squeegee with the towel after each row.
5. Use your towel to wipe any excess water around the window.
And WAHLAH! Perfectly cleaned and streak free windows!

It makes me happy inside to see the dirty water at the end. Have fun...

Esther and Mabel

Two peas in a pod.
Esther 9 months. Mabel 10 months.
Little neighbor girlfriends.

{Apparently Mabel does not like the feel of grass yet. But we still wanted a picture.}

Love it.

EASTER'S PHOTOS

{ESTHER'S 9 MONTH PHOTO SHOOT}

This face shows exactly how she really is, a SWEETHEART through and through. I don't know how something so sweet came out of me...

My Brother Eric actually calls her EASTER. So this is her holiday.

Happy Easter!

Tyler + Jamie

I can count on one hand how many guys I've kissed. I just had to throw that one out there. And we had to have dated for a long time in order for this to happen.

Tyler knew this going into the relationship, enter at your own risk kind of deal.
~~~~~~~~~~
I was house sitting for my boss. Tyler was at the JUCO (Junior College) World Series playing ball for Dixie. We had been dating for over two months. We would talk every night about what happened at the games. I told him if you guys make it to the CHAMPIONSHIP game, I will fly over to Colorado to support you. Honestly NEVER thinking they actually would. Well you guessed it, they did. So out I flew.
Now the setting was nothing spectacular. Honestly kind of lame. But for us it was the perfect place. We were "just" talking on my bed in my hotel room.
There wasn't even time to get nervous. He planted one on me mid sentence. Seriously as I was telling him a story. Obviously...... he wasn't listening to my story. But it was perfect. And that is about as much in detail I'm going in.
The day we married, at our luncheon, in front of all our loved ones, he claimed he had to "teach" me how to kiss, that's how unexperienced I was. I think that was definitely a STRETCH but I gave it to him. If he wants to claim his fame from that...........
Now I know what you are wondering????
Did Tyler win the Juco World Series that year? He did not. But WOW, he ended up scoring big time anyways! (omg that was so cute)
Organize me
I'm not really a freezer person.
So I was surprised a couple years ago when I felt like we needed one in our garage. I just took off the new appliance stickers inside it today. That's how much I have bonded with the thing.
I do love it but in the winter we load all our Costco crap in it and run. Because it's cold in a freezer. And in our garage. It gets neglected and so does the food inside (because I usually forget what I put in it).
But in the spring it all changes. This machine holds all our important things. Ice cream, popsicles and hamburger patties.
So today I needed to make some room. Throw out the old to get ready for the new.
Organize me
It's that time again.........
We are getting all ready for BASEBALL!
We had our first team meeting yesterday. We got to meet all our cute little boys. Tyler will be the head coach again this year but I did smarten up and recruited a team mom other than myself, Jocelyn! She will be great and is perfect for the job!
Here I am "organizing" the uniforms and getting ready for the team meeting. I love my job...(the mom one)
GO RAPTORS!
