We went bowling last weekend at FATCATS. Drew has been begging to go bowling for weeks. I finally gave in with a vision of Pizza Factory’s salad bar and breadsticks. Yum.

.Organize Me.
My kids love to color, write and draw. And I didn’t really have a place for all their coloring books, markers, crayons, paper, ect. So a few years ago I had to make a place. I used this 3 drawer cabinet that you can get anywhere and labeled the drawers. I put the cabinet in our hall/coat closet. Which is easy access for them. It has worked out great. The kids know exactly where to put back their art stuff.
Do you ever find crayons in the weirdest places? What do I do with this one crayon? Throw it away? Put it in the junk drawer? We also have a bazillion crayons so I found this cute crayon box at Lowes. Now that crayon has a place.
BYU annual Alumni Baseball game and golf.
This once a year game brings a flood of memories back for us. Tyler and I were married and even pregnant when he was still playing baseball for BYU. He actually proposed to me on that exact mound. It’s so fun to take the kids back to see where it all started.
Plus it’s hot to see Tyler back in those tight pants. He hasn’t changed a bit. And he still knows how to bring the heat.
I can only hope these little ones follow in Dad’s footsteps.
Where this little family started. (Not literally, but seriously down the street!)
PS- Alex was eating already eaten sunflower seeds off the floor, chocked and barfed. Uncle Curtis cleaned it up. We love you Uncle Curtis!
PSS- Tyler won BEST DRESSED at the golf tournament. What a surprise.
Yeah! Gardner Village is so dang cute this time of year!
Drew Mia Ayla Alex
Alex loves animals.
He has to hug all of them.
Even their butts.
Oh and he hugs with his face.
That’s unconditional love.
(I hope Doug and Michelle don’t see this picture, they may never touch Alex again, hahah. It’s an inside joke, one word-monkeys!)
Butt hugger or not. He’s still the cutest kid.
Look at those natural highlights.
I pay good money for hair like that.
Yee haw Drew.
We need to go back when they have the hay ride up and going. So fun.
.Organize Me.
Every Tuesday I’m dedicating a post to ORGANIZING.
I actually love to organize. I always have. I would love to share some of my tricks and also search for more and share those.

One of my favorite buys has been this.
Recharge station, from Pottery Barn.
I’ve seen them at Target too.
Between cell phones, video cameras and camera docks there are always too many cords tangled up. This box has an extension cord in it and can hold up to five things plugged in. While all the cords are hidden. It’s awesome! Plus the little drawer in the front holds our car keys.
It’s a must for any home. We keep ours in the kitchen for easy access.
I’ve also bought these for gifts. Xmas is coming! Everyone has ugly cell phone cords.
These two don’t know it yet, but they will be the cutest friends!
He’s thinking, WHOA!
These love birds would not stop kissing today.
Our friends the Oliverson’s through a great neighborhood Luau.

Alex turns TWO!
So we celebrated fishy style.
We decided for his Birthday we wanted to give Alex his worst nightmare. A crowd of people, food, and all the attention on him!
He really did okay, when he was off by himself. He didn’t love the singing, the presents, or the company. But MOM did!
And that’s all that really matters!
The cupcake.
People.
The BEST present. From Mom and Dad.
Fishing.
Later that night Alex saw the Nemo candle and kept blowing. So I had to light for him a few times so he could blow out his candle without the crowd!
Happy Birthday my sweet baby!
